Dancing Like Blossoming Lotuses

After nearly a year’s practice, we, Tak Nga Secondary School Dance Troupe, are proud to win Silvera Award in the 53rd Open Dance Contest on 25 May 2025. 

The whole learning process was a wonderful experience. Despite the challenges like tricky steps, silk fan skills and coordination of different body parts, with perseverance, passion and discipline, we made it! We enjoyed dancing like blossoming flowers on the stage, and we even learned Chinese traditional culture from it!

We would like to thank all the members’ concerted effort and our teachers’ patience, guidance and encouragement for making us win this award! We are also grateful for the support from the parents and our schoolmate Quintus Chan, turning us into beautiful lotuses!
